My card has been swallowed by an ATM

If the ATM is attached to a branch, you must go directly to that branch (not to your bank). You will need to prove your identity to collect your card.
Please note that for security reasons, some bank branches do not have access to ATMs and will not be able to collect your card.
If the branch does not have access to the ATM, stop the transaction immediately to prevent fraudulent use of your card.
