I forgot my PIN code

If you forgot your PIN code, you can reset it folowing the steps below : 

- On the log-in page, please click on "Forgot PIN" on the below when we ask to enter your current PIN code

- We will ask you to set-up a new PIN code

- Enter your new PIN code twice to make sure that they are identical then validate in order to start using your new PIN code

- Enter your verification code received by SMS

Please make sure that your PIN does not contain a sequence of numbers or identical numbers.
