If you received a notification by email confirming that your KYC and your Residence sections have been completed, but you still can see the error message below on your application's main page :
It could be due to two reasons :
- A last manual verification has to be completed by our team on your account. This manual verification can take up to 3 business days, due to the high number of requests we are receiving.
- We need your Source of funds section to be approved to complete your registration. To do so, please upload a source of funds through the application by going to your profile, then "Account levels".
