What are the documents accepted as proof of residence?

Please find below the list of accepted documents as proof of residence:

• Utility Bill e.g. telephone, mobile, gas, electricity, heating, oil, waste collection
• Home or vehicule insurance certificate 
• Government-issued correspondence (For example, a tax letter)
• Rent receipts from public institutions
• University / college letter (students only - dated and stamped)
• Signed and stamped employer’s letter/certificate
• Bank Statement from traditional banks only. Banks statements from ALL online banks are not accepted.

Please note that all documents must be less than 6 months old and in PDF PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG* format. 

*In order to be able to upload a photo, please make sure that you allow our App access to your camera or files. 

**Your document can be rejected if it exceeds 10MO or if it's in an other format. 

Please note that we cannot accept the documents below:

• Receipts
• Rental agreement/contract
• Invoices
• TV Licence
• Buy now pay later bills
• Direct debit setup letters
• Welcome/renewal letters
• Department of Social Protection letters
