What are the documents accepted as proof of residence?

We accept following documents as Proof of Address.

We kindly remind you that all documents must be dated within the last 6 months in PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG format :

- Utility Bill e.g. telephone, mobile, gas, electricity, heating, oil, waste collection
- Government-issued correspondence (For example, a tax letter)
- University / college letter (students only - dated and stamped)
- Employer’s letter/certificate for residence proof
- Bank Statement from traditional banks only 

Banks statements from ALL online banks are not accepted.

All documents must be less than 6 months old and in PDF PDF, JPEG, JPG or PNG* format. 

*In order to be able to upload a photo, please make sure that you allow our App access to your camera or files. 

**Your document can be rejected if it exceeds 10MO or if it's in an other format. 

Please note these documents that we cannot accept:

Receipts
Rental agreement
Invoices
TV Licence
Buy now pay later bills
Direct debit setup letters
Welcome/renewal letters
Department of Social Protection letters
