I haven't received my referral bonus

In case you haven't been credited your referral bonus or welcome bonus, please, make sure that all the conditions listed below have been followed :

 

• your referee used your referral link correctly to register in the App
• both you and your referee finalized the registration in the App (KYC + residence section are verified and validated)
• both you and your referee have ordered a card
• both you and your referee have made a first successful card payment

Please, note, that if your referee got credited the welcome bonus, it means that the link hasn't been used correctly or your referee registered without the referral link.

Please note that the bonus is not paid instantly after payment by card; indeed, the transaction will appear as pending, which corresponds to an approved purchase or a pre-authorization by the card that has not yet been fully processed by the merchant and settled. The bonus will be paid when the transaction is fully completed, which may take a few days.

The referral system is totally automatized and we cannot intervene in case the steps have not been followed correctly.
