How does the Flex vault works?

Traditional savings offer you simplicity with predictable returns, but with Le Coffre Flex, we go beyond these limits!

Our Coffre Flex offers a more innovative and diversified approach, with the potential for higher returns by leveraging opportunities offered by digital assets and our mining program (Cloud Mining).

By placing funds in the Coffre Flex, your daily earned returns are automatically added to your initial deposit, allowing you to benefit from attractive compound returns over the long term.

Compound interest refers to returns calculated not only on the initial capital amount but also on the accumulated returns on that capital. In other words, compound interest accrues not just on the initial capital but also on the interest already credited. With Rayn, interest is daily, allowing you to maximize your gains.

You have the freedom to withdraw your funds at any time!

You can create up to 5 Flex Vaults.

• You have the choice: deposit in EURO or USDC.
• Once the deposit is made, the EURO or USDC is exchanged for various Tokens whose nature is determined according to the type of investment compartment of the Flex Vault Allocation. In other words, in exchange for these EURO or USDC, you will receive various Tokens linked to the investment compartments recommended by the Flex Vault Allocation. This conversion is carried out through an OTC (Over-the-Counter) mechanism.
• The Flex Vault Allocation is specified on the confirmation page of each deposit and can be consulted at any time in the "How it works" section of the application
• The Coffre Flex allocation indicates the current distribution in a given Coffre Flex of the deposit among:

- A reserve in EURO

- Various investment compartments linked to Digital Assets

- Programme de Minage ou Cloud Mining (**) tel que défini à l'article 4.2.8 des présentes CGU.

• Through this strategic allocation diversification, RAYN is able to offer a compound rate of 5% to 6.5%* per year depending on participation in the Ambassador program.
  

  You have the freedom to withdraw your funds at any time! You have two options:

  • Withdraw in EURO;
  • Withdraw in USDC.

  Please note that transaction fees will apply if you choose to withdraw in USDC, depending on your subscription (more details on this page).

Is the Flex Vault liquid?

The average time for a deposit or withdrawal to be completed is between 10 seconds and 1 hour

There may be a delay between the deposit/withdrawal made in EURO or USDC into a Flex Vault, and the receipt of Tokens representing the effective subscription to investment compartments as described in the FAQ "How does it work".
You will be informed through the application about the status of your deposit, i.e., if some investment compartments could not be subscribed to.

If you make your deposit into the Flex Vault, your returns will be credited the next day. This allows us to collect the funds and invest them in various allocations.

If you make your deposit after the daily interest payouts have been triggered, the first payout will occur 2 days later because your funds could not be collected in time to be made available.

** RAYN Cloud Mining Program
RAYN, through its subsidiaries, has partnered with third-party entities (including Hearst, Bitmain) to offer bitcoin mining services (the "Cloud Mining Program") to its users. Bitcoin mining is a process of creating new bitcoins by using computers to solve mathematical problems through a process known as proof of work (PoW). This process requires significant computing power and electricity consumption. The Mining Program allows users of the Flex Vault to rent computing power (hashrate) from mining machines owned by RAYN subsidiaries and operated by RAYN Partners ("Cloud Mining"), in exchange for daily rewards obtained in bitcoins and converted by the relevant Provider into  EURC (the "Mining Rewards").
