If you see a message saying that your account is not available,
From the moment you create your account and confirm your personal data Rayn gives you temporary access to use the features available in the application.
Unless you validate your residence section and upgrade to level 2, 60 days after the creation your account will be blocked.
If this is the case, please, contact our Support team and send them a valid proof of residence along with your address confirmation so that they can update your account. The documents will be then processed and checked. Once the compliance department validates the documents provided, your account will be unlocked.
In case you had already provided all the necessary information and documents and you had already reached level 2, please, try to follow the steps included in this article.
If you have followed all the steps and you still don't have access to the application, please, check with our Support Team if there is no technical issue occurring in your account.
